Zumba Dance Book: Great Reading!
2 of 2 found this helpful I ignorantly thought I was buying the Zumba Fitness "course" and was at first disappointed when I received a BOOK. However, I feel I definitely got my money's worth. I started reading the book from the very beginning and got a great sense of understanding about Zumba.
Beto's story was extremely interesting and I didn't put the book down for many hours.
I found the 5-day quick start program to be excellent! I followed it to the letter.
The book has many inspiring testimonies for anyone who thinks, or may have thought they could not "dance" or could not lose weight.
The accompanying DVD has basic steps to practice at home or before you start a class. Great resource.
I think this book is a wonderful addition for people taking Zumba Fitness.

WOW - Vitamix Gets A+++
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this quality blender because my Cuisinart burned up the rubber on the base while I was blending some smoothies. Research said, "Buy a Vita-Mix" so that's what I did.
Not only does it do a super job making smoothies SMOOTH, but it chops and dices all kinds of things. Great recipe book came with it. I expect to be using this blender til the day I die. A raw foods book I read indicated Vit-Mix blenders last 'forever' (LOL).
