I had a horrible experience with this seller, listed the product was new when I receive it, it was used, I had to request a refund, and lost money in the process due to country currency exchange fluctuation.

Photos clearly showed the product was out of the box and was not new. I apologized for the honest mistake of overlooking the "New" property in the listing and immediately offered to reimburse his return shipping, outside of eBay, which was nearly $200.
