Hi, I am a stay at home mom with two kids. I started selling bath and body works on ebay as I love their products and I wanted to be able to communicate with other women and have been blessed with the wonderfull friends I have made.

I Ship almost daily so your packages arrive in a timely manner. I use usps boxes, plenty of packing so your items arrive safe. I usually have a shipping special for $5.00 but I will ship multiple auction wins for $9.10 if your items fit inside the flat rate box, if your shipping totals over $9.10 I will fix your invoice for you, but you must pay with one invoice. For International I will use the global prioity envelopes whenever possible for two reasons~It saves you money and I have a box that fits perfectly inside the envelope, you wouldnt want it shipped without the box inside. I ship airmail letter post for packages under 4 pounds and parcel post for packages over 4 pounds and I will always offer you these choices first along with global priority.

I will return depending on the circumstance. If you dont like the scent etc that doesnt qualify for a return, if your item breaks with no insurance that doesnt qualify as well. Please let me know if there is a problem and I will work it out with you. If your not happy then I am not happy.
