I live out in the country, and do my best to get packages to the mail box within two days after receipt of payment. Our Post Office is only open Monday thru Friday, so larger packages can only be dropped off during those days.

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I try to package my items to the best of my ability. Occasionally the post office can damage a package. Returns will be accepted upon notification from the buyer via email that something was wrong with the item, in this instance, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be made once seller receives item back. However, if the item was damaged in transit without the purchase of insurance, no refund will be given, it will be up to the buyer to take up the issue with their postal service.
