eBay My World: outerbeing( 695)

While I am not a musician by trade, I have been playing music most of my life. Took up percussion as my main instrument some time in the eighties. Nowadays, I like to record sounds and compose aural sculptures using analog recording techniques.

I do not yet have an eBay store, but I do list quite a few music CDs as a hobbie. I occassionally sell a DVD or tape and sometimes a few percussion items. May one day sell my record collection.

I also have a mild interest in stereo photography, so I occassionally buy a view master reel or two. Otherwise: musical instruments and accessories for my home studio.

I collect handbells, and drums of alsorts, including hand-made percussion items from around the world. Tape, records, CDs and DVDs are things I shop around for most frequently.

King Crimson was my all-time favorite rock band because they experimented so much so well. Still into prog rock, but I also like the avant garde electronic and electro-acoustic music. Tangerine Dream was an early influence on keyboards/soundtracks.

I collect mostly science fiction, like Star Trek, Time Tunnel, Outer Limits, Farscape; but also have an unexplained interest in espionage: Secret Agent(i.e.:Danger Man), The Prisoner, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., I Spy, etc..
