We are avid road cyclists -- just like you who average 7 to 10 thousand miles per year, with a few races thrown in for fun. We are also avid automotive and sport bike fans, so you can expect to see some seemingly random parts thrown in the mix from time to time. Our philosophy at Crank Pedalers is to buy parts at a competitive price and pass the savings on to you. We find it ridiculous to pay full retail for replacement bicycle parts after having already purchased a high-end bicycle that costs nearly as much as a car. We list the parts on eBay for a fair price, make a few bucks, and get you back on the road as soon as possible. We think it's pretty cool, and so do most of the people who buy from us.

We accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers check, and personal checks. No credit cards or C.O.D.s

We ship to USA and and most countries that USPS delivers to. We use Fedex, and USPS. We ship all domestic items within five business days unless you are contacted or the auction specifies otherwise. All international items sent to post office every 7-10 days with no rush deliveries. International buyers: Please have positive feedback with over 100 transactions. We will only ship USPS priority or higher with the item fully insured at sale price. We have learned it is easier to quote high on shipping and refund than try and collect more shipping from a buyer. In the event we over charge shipping internationally, we will refund it once we return from the post office.

We do accept returns. eBay charges me 7-10% depending on the transaction by the time we get a part out the door. For restocking, we will only charge actual fee's we are charged associated with the transaction as a restocking charge.

We buy only mid- to high-end parts from proper U.S. channels of the same or even higher caliber that we put on our bicycles. You can expect that anything we sell you, from a bolt to a full group set, will never be a 'factory second' or refurbished part. No one has ever contacted us to tell us we sold them a bad part. Of course, if there is ever a problem, we try our best to handle it quickly and fairly. Sometimes, we buy used bikes. We try to accurately describe any wear and tear beyond normal use so that you can always know what you are purchasing. If there is anything more than normal wear and tear, such as road rash, cracks or missing tabs, etc., we will show that excessive damage in additional photos. But if something isn't clear, drop us a note with your e-mail address, and we can send you a full size photo or answer any questions you may have.
