AS A SELLER, I will do my best to commuicate & provide the represented products in the most timely fashion and will provide promt feedback once payment has been received. If anything I have provided isn't to your expectation as represented please feel free to contact me for resolution. E-mail should be your first means of commucication & if all else fails then resort to negative feedback. I have yet to recieve a negative remark.
My E-bay Buyer Practices
AS A BUYER, I will only leave feedback after a seller has done so first. Once I have made payment on time & in the correct fashion I would expect the seller to comment on these practices as I have fulfilled my part of the transaction. I will not be leveraged by a seller to make positive feedback when sub-standard services / product have been rendered / recieved by threat of providing negative feeback. After receiving prompt payment, failure to provide a comment after multiple e-mail attmepts will result in a negative comment from me. I have never had to do this and will always resort to direct communication before leaving a negative remark.
