I try to be fair and flexible with shipping. Because I've been a ebay buyer alot longer than I've been a seller, I know how dissatisfying it is to get ripped of with postage. I charge EXACTLY what it costs me to ship. I don't make any profit off postage. I offer worldwide shipping, and combined rates. In future listings, I will definitely be offering free shipping...I just need to become more established as a trustworthy seller first (wink, wink, feedback helps!) I ship as soon as I see the payment has cleared, which is very quick, because I'm on the computer all day :)

I'll gladly accept any of my slightly used items as a return and refund your money. However, because I have no control of the packages after they have left my hands, I cannot offer refunds for beauty products.
