I have been collecting console games for many years now from the early Atari, through to every Nintendo Platform and Sega Dreamcast. So eBay is just an extension of a family hobby. We believe that customer satisfaction and personal contact most important. When dealing with us you will receive individual emails when your payment is received and when your item has been shipped. We do everything possible to make your eBay experience a pleasurable one. We will also post your item within 24 hrs of receivng your cleared payment most often the same day so no long waits for your purchases to be delivered.

At GameStuff Trading we believe that packaging a item is as important as every other aspect of selling. We use Bubblewrap, Styrofoam beans, poly air bags and anything else which will help your item arrive in good condition. These costs are all built into our postage charges so you can rest assured your item will get to you not only quickly but in one piece. Please Note: AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION WE ALWAYS ADVISE USING THE REGISTERED OR INSURED POSTAGE OPTION.

We will repair, replace or refund an item, if found not to be as described on arrival, once the item has been returned to us. We do not refund postage nor do we refund for change of mind or wrongly purchased items, so please be sure and read item specifics carefully.
