P13 GAMER was founded February 14, 2009 in an effort to raise public awareness of the video game industry. Our goal is to create something different; something new that we could give back to the world with. We have to start out small, but we would like to reach out and touch people's lives with something fun and entertaining that everyone can enjoy. We have a blog site located at www.piegamer.com where our company began before eBay.

At this time, we only accept credit card, debit card, and electronic check payments via PayPal.

All orders will be shipped via USPS. We strive to package all products very carefully; however, shipping insurance is optionally available to you for protection from theft, damage, or loss. Purchases made before 12:00 PM CST will be shipped on that same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will unconditionally, no questions asked, give you a 100% product refund. Customer pays for shipping and is non-refundable. Products may be opened, but must be returned the same as it was received. Return shipping theft, damage, or loss is the responsibility of the customer returning the product to us.

We donate 10% of all purchases to two major non-profit and charitable organizations. The first 5% will be going to help and rescue animals in need of homes, food, and caring owners. The charity receiving this is the Olive Branch Humane Society. The second 5% will be going to a Christian fellowship in an effort to promote Christianity and spread the Word of God. The receiver of this donation is Crosspointe Christian Fellowship.
