Me and my wife are new to Ebay and plan on staying, so far we like it. We are honest people that enjoy helping others. We aren't one of these big Ebay stores and never use stock photos. We picture what we list...what we list is exactly what you get

We ran a shelter to help find homes for homeless dogs and cats and educated the public on responsible pet ownership in Alaska. Since then we moved to northwest PA and wish to continue helping pets and people. Here in PA they need our help in a bad way. A small dedicated group is currently in the planning phase of organizing a local rescue/adoption non-profit organization. Your purchases will go to help our cause!! Remember, we use our own pics - many use stock photos, how do you know what your REALLY getting if they wont even take the time to snap a photo of it?!?

Our background is animals. We have a great group of people that are supporting the idea of starting a non-profit locally. If your a northwestern PA local we would love your opinion about a very real possibility of a local non-profit that would be geared towards low-cost spaying/neutering of animals, adoption of the unwanted and possibly a quality used item thrift store.

Again, we are not one of these big Ebay stores with confusing shipping parameters that are trying to get you to buy more. We take a straight approach to our transactions because you are looking at a certain item for a reason. Our prices are what you pay and nothing more. We always have free shipping, in the U.S., because that cost is included in the starting bid amount.

We offer returns on everything we sell. Generally between 3-7 days after you recieve your item. We require that they be returned in the same condition they were recieved for your money back less the initial shipping cost.

PLEASE remember that while we would like to have complete control over the items we ship, its impossible...so your communication is imparitive to a successful transaction and we cant be responsible for the item after we ship it. Communication and our new organization to help animals. We keep observing these big ebay stores and notice increasing confusing trends of purchase or shipping restrictions geared to make you buy more...what happened to the basis that someone could buy something safely from someone else...person to person?? We have less than 10 sales but I noticed a person with an ebay store that had 16,000+ sales. His auction page was so cluttered with everything else he was selling, that you could hardly grasp what the initial item he was selling was to begin with. You wont see that from us we are trying to sell one thing for a reason...you might see a small link to the other things we sell but its not in your face and certainly not dedicated to mass sales at a shiping savings of a dollar or two if you buy 3-4 or more with a discounted insurance rate if you live within 52 kilometers of their local post office, or if you want it in 2-10 days at a inflated shipping cost that they cant possibly guarantee
