Parts were poorly made and flimsy. The bolts that came with the kit were also the wrong depth and didn't fit as described. Highly dissatisfied. Reached out to the seller twice and got no response. I see that they have a lot of positive reviews but this time, they must have dropped the ball because I thoroughly dissatisfied to say the least.

We send grade 8.8 bolts and the material is 3/8" thick steel. Not sure how that is considered "flimsy" so I can't address that. As far as communication, we have hired a new warehouse manager for obvious reasons and expect to see this resolved immediately. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
