The seller had good customer service and the item reordered arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the items which were listed as "gently used" were more than gently used and they were not clean when they arrived. I purchased them to add to matching plates I'd already had for quite some time and have used. My plates were in much better condition. The shipping costs seemed high to me, but I may not be familiar with current costs.

BUYER LEFT NEUTRAL BECAUSE SHE HAD THE INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH EBAY AND THE PLATES CAME BACK TO ME. SHE HAD TO PAY POSTAGE AGAIN TO GET THEM BACK TO HER. SO, YES, THE POSTAGE MAY SEEM HIGH TO HER BECAUSE SHE ELECTED TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED TWICE TO HER..... THE PLATES WERE IN EXCELLENT USED CONDITION. THE DESCRIPTION AND THE PHOTS WERE VERY CLEAR. THEY WERE "GENTLY USED" JUST AS DESCRIBED.
