Faded Rose Cottage (formerly Looking-Glass Studio) was born out of my love for all things shabby and romantic. I was first introduced to ,Shabby Chic' through Rachel Ashwell programs on television and through magazines such as Romantic Homes. Even before these, however, I loved all things worn, vintage, and pretty! I love taking trips to flea markets, antique stores, thrift shops, garage sales, and even stops on the side of the road to find lovely cottage treasures! I use my art background to embellish, paint, decoupage, alter, and create pieces that will fit into any romantic cottage. I spent several years doing this for my own enjoyment, and then, in 2006, decided to take the plunge at starting my own business. I hope to one day have a 'real' cottage shop to showcase all of my lovely findings and creations!

Paypal, money orders, personal checks are accepted. Item will not be shipped until payment is received or check clears.

We typcially ship all items over 1 lb. Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Most of our items offer both selections. We ship lighter items First Class Mail. We try to ship items within 3 days of receipt of payment, and typically ship out items twice per week.
