The item was extremely well packed in its original packaging. It arrived very quickly. The description was accurate. However, this was a new machine for me and I couldn’t tell what was missing from the photos. I wish the description said the supplies weren’t complete. It didn’t even include a manual but the seller kindly offered to order one for me. I haven’t received it yet but will update when I do. The machine sews like a dream and I purchased the missing items on my own.
