Returns on dog apparels: The buyer MUST notify Pampered Pup and Stuff within 7 days of receipt of the item and inform us that the apparel does not fit. If new size is available in my inventory OR the vendor carries it, we will do an exchange. If an exact match is not available, store credit will be offered for the value of the item minus shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Pampered Pup and Stuff and for the re-shipping of the new item. The buyer is also responsible for any additional costs if the new item is more expensive (i.e. larger sizes is usually more expensive that smaller sizes). The additional fees can be paid by money order which would need to be enclosed in the package of the returned item or via PayPal (if the buyer chooses PayPal, Pampered Pup and Stuff will send them a new invoice).
