We are the first eBay user to bring the secrets of the textbook edition phenomenon to eBay and master the art of distributing textbooks in this manner. Unfortunately, other sellers have copied our business model and thus hurt our eBay business, but we remain joyous and strong with your support.

Manage a textbook distribution business. PapaBear Textbooks started in Richfield, MN, in 2003 and relocated to Nevada in August October 2009. We do ship from several distribution centers and reps who store our inventory throughout the US. We're told via feedback that our quick responses, thorough customer service, quick shipping, and low prices make us an ideal eBay seller.

Please read this!! Media mail doesn't ship as quickly as a first class letter you'd send your grandmother
Media mail = 4-14 business days
Priority mail = 2-6 Business days
Papabear Textbooks office is located in Nevada, however, most books ship out of MN, IN, CA, NE, and others. We try an item in our inventory from a warehouse/rep closest to the buyer to cut down on transit time. Tracking is sometimes not available right away on priority mail shipments.
When a book order is received, it is dispatched the following day. This is why our handling time is 1-2 days. We do not ship books out the same day they are ordered. We only ship books out Monday thru Friday. We are only in rare circumstances able to use overnight shipping or 2 day shipping.

Please feel that you can communicate with us about anything openly and honestly regarding your order. We are polite and empathetic, and we respond to questions and comments peacefully and objectively. Unprofessional communication, threats, and dishonesty is not appreciated or necessary, but will still be responded to peacefully and objectively. We will correct our errors and go above and beyond the call of duty if customer communication via email is initially courteous and professional. We usually don't check emails Saturday and Sunday.
Feedback
Feedback is our 2nd favorite thing to do, next to shipping books! Since we are a family owned business nowhere near the size of large corporate sellers that eBay is attracting with it's new format, we are affected by eBay's new star rating policy. If everything was great, please leave 5 star ratings. If our communication, shipping, or product description seemed less than 4 star, contact us and we'll try to work out a solution.
