Global Momentum Auctions is the eBay arm of Global Momentum LLC, which incorporated in December of 2006. Global Momentum Auctions went online in November of 2007.
Payment policy
PayPal is now my only accepted method of payment. I used to accept money orders and checks but we can't do that anymore. I ask that you make payment within the seven days following the close of an auction or Buy It Now sale. Preferably sooner than later. If you think you will not be able to pay on time, please contact me so we can make arrangements. I don't like to report people to eBay it gets messy for all involved - but I have done it in the past.
Shipping information
I am a firm believer in keeping the shipping cost to a minimal charge. I will only add a handling charge in rare instances - maybe very fragile items. I haven't charged handling yet. Also if for some reason my shipping calculations are off, I will reimburse you for any overcharge. If I'm wrong the other way, I'll eat the extra charge. Reimbursements will be done through PayPal. I also track all packages and you never see the extra charge.
Return policy
Although I am very liberal in my return policy, I do ask that if there is a problem to please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item in question. In most cases I will accept the item no questions and refund fully. But if it has been a few weeks I'll need a little convincing! I also understand life happens and we all get distracted at times. If you forgot to contact me earlier, don't hesitate now. I aim to please my customers.
