I have always felt you don't need one. If you are up front in the beginning then you will never get any returns. I have always looked at a return policy like a warranty. While we all know mistakes are made and accidents happen, make a better car instead of a better warranty. So tell it like it is, sell what you have, not what you wish you had and everyone will be happy. I am always here if there is a problem after a sale and funny thing is, although I have had a couple neg feedbacks, I have yet to have a complaint. Not 1 person has asked for a return, nor contacted me about a problem.
