Not as described. Deceptive header. I contacted the seller and asked if it had to be put together. He said No, it just folds. This is just for a LINER. IT IS NOT FOR A GROCERY CART AND LINER. AFTER I RECEIVED JUST THE LINER,HE OFFERED A 5 DOLLAR REFUND. THIS IS TOTALLY DISHONEST. AND SEVERAL SELLERS ARE DOINGVTHE SAME THING WITH THIS ITEM ON EBAY. ONLY A FEW CLEARLY STATED CART NOT INCLUDED.
