Contacted seller again, we worked out problem, item hasn t arrived, but seller issued me a full refund. More than fair, Seller even offered me the printer to keep as a gift if it did come. I thought that was a very nice gesture. I said I couldn t, though, because it did not belong to me. Great Seller, tries hard to make things right. Great merchandise also.

I know I can't change this feedback rating, but seller knows they were wrong. Being rude And uncooperative with me, when item delivered to wrong address. Not willing to work with me. Then I give negative feedback, then they worry. All they want is the good feedback, don't care about customers. Then wanting to return, they refunded money against my wishes, then offered printer as gift, then i wanted to return printer, they give fake QR code for return. I wish others could see this followup
