Pathfinder Direct has been establised for more than five years now, selling major branded products for both ladies and mens clothing at warehouse prices

Payment policy
we accept paypal - cash - cheque - postal orders

Shipping information
we charge p+p on all items and all items are sent out through ROYAL MAIL first class recorded, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All customers are welcome to email us for a tracking ref.

Return policy
we have a 7 day return policy, we shall be more than happy to refund or exchange any items that are faulty or not fit for their purpose of use, we will also exchange for other sizes subject to stock levels, please email us to check sizes, customer is liable for return p+p costs. We are prepared to exhange or credit note any purchase that is not deemed faulty, this is at the discretion of the manager at the time, your satutory rights are not affected

The entire pathfinder team are extremely fast in responding to queries and dealt with my postal issue in such an efficient manner! At the end of the day, it was obvious to see that the customer is kept at the forefront of their operations. These days, this is a rare seller quality to come by, particularly on ebay! Apparantly item lost in post. Twenty days after payment,full refund issued. Good communication throught, but dragged on to long. :(

This seller has also refused to refund the flip flops I bought. They sold them to me as a UK size 6. They were actually a US size 6, therfore far too small. I returned them, but they maintain that they have not receieved anything from me. These people are fraudsters. DO NOT BUY!!
