Normally I ship USPS with a tracking number and delivery confirmation to make it easy on everyone. I recommend Shipping Insurance because under Ebay policy, all items shipped FOB (title passes at Post Office) at my local post office, that is, all loss or damage is at buyer's risk unless insurance is purchased in advance.
