Seller waited several days to ship the item. The listing stated that the unit was new however, upon opening the box the original packing and documents were missing. The compressor was in a bag that showed dirt and there were dings and scractches on the unit showing use. Contacted seller and they stated the unit had been sold and returned then re-listed so Ebay "automatically" listed it as "new". They then offered a minimum amount to settle the issue since they had sold a used item as "new".
