My passion in life has always been to supply the needed necessities of life, wherever needed. This is what led me to spend many years going back and forth to Romania,then to places like Darfur (Sudan),Vietnam, CIVIL RIGHTS ARE NECESSARY EVERYWHERE!

Items pertaining to Civil Rights, out of print books on civil rights, collectibles from Eastern Europe, certain Entertainment memorbilia, items from areas of the world still involed in unresolved civil strife, soy candles, some vintage clothing items...other items too many to list :)

Learning the different cultures into which I have worked. I have learned there is much yet to learn :) Meeting and getting to know others here in the USA, also interested in learning other cultures. Learning cultures of others is such an amazing experience. It always serves to enhance the learners! None of us are as different as we think we are. We can all be (if we desire) agents of change for the better!

Amistad, Braveheart, The Patriot, Documentaries on Civil Rights issues (I own many of these)...as well as purchased several PBS documentaries on Black History issues and civil strife in Sudan, The Ghosts of Mississippi, The Killing Fields, Hotel Rawanda, The Lives of Others, The Pianist, Schindler's List, Sophie's Choice...and many others on like topics, also the classics such as Lawrence of Arabia, Casablanca, JFK, Hurricane The Life and Times of Reuben Carter, and too many others to list.

Jazz, classical, and music from other nations. I love listening to music from all over the world. The differences in style is absolutely intriguing.

PBS...Charlie Rose, Tavis Smiley and anything on Civil Rights, Native People, and anything dealing with yet unsettled world injustice, Meet the Press, Stephanopolis, The Leherer Report, Washington Week (with Gwen Ifill), The Mclaughlin Group...etc. :)
