Step Aerobics and Toning - CATHE FRIEDRICH Basic Step & Body Fusion - 2 Workouts

Good work out!
This DVD offers so much. I bought it as i wanted a beginner- to intermediate step program to use as part of a cross-training routine around running. The basic stepworkout intoduced the steps and are easyand fun to follow without becoming boring although for those brand new to step it may take a couple of times to pick up the routine. Cathe is a good teacher and offers enough input to pick up what is coming next to keep the routine flowing smoothly, followed by a cool down session. The half hour just flies by. But there is so much more on this DVD. There is a 2nd step routing that is more complicated to move up to as well as other exercises for upper and lower body with both weights and a resistance band as well as abs session with a stability ball (can be done without the ball if you don't have one),making this DVD a complete dody workout. A great routine over all to get a sweat on and the heart rate up.
Genuine ShowCharm Ionic Electric Hair Straightener Brush Comb LED Straightening

great product
Easy to use, heats quickly. Does what it says it does. I find this easier to use than normal hair straighteners that cost much more. Varied Temperature control. Safer to use than normal straighteners as well. Harder to burn youself with this as the heat is more protected by the design of the brush itself.

Fast and easy to use. A fantastic upgrade from my Kindle Keyboard.
I bought my kindle keyboard originally because the Kindle Touch was yet to be released and its arrival in Australia was still some time off. After waiting some time for the touch's Australian release, I could wait no longer and found one with 3G for sale on eBay for about half the cost the wifi only version was to be sold for here. It has been well worth the wait. The Kindle Touch is very easy to navigate and its controls are intuitive. The Touch is lighter and smaller than the Keyboard and I rather like it's Graphite finish. It looks as good as it functions. The battery lasts for sometime. I think the advertising states the battery will last up to a month with average use of 30 mins or so a day. This is easily the case and it lasts even longer if Wifi is turned off. I would rarely sit down with it to read for only 30 mins at a time and still the battery keeps going. I have found little to dislike about the Kindle Touch. In fact the only dislike I have come up with is that the genuine Kindle lighted covers are very limited in colours. Just a few quite drab covers, I chose the black as it's a good default colour and the best of a bad bunch of colours. The covers themselves are quite expensive. I also found one of these on eBay for about half the cost including postage. There are other lighted covers out there but none with the light built in, running off the kindle's own battery so only one thing to charge when needed. The original cover design is as sleek as the Touch itself without the extra battery pack or chunky clip on light. Brighter colours would be an improvement though. If you're after an iPad like tablet the has a colour screen and is able to show movies and has it's own "apps" then the new Kindle Fire may be more your thing but I already have something similar and didn't see the point in buy another. However, if you're after a simple, easy to use, dedicated Ebook reader, then the Kindle Touch could be just the thing for you. I love mine.
