Shipping information
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All completed orders (checkout and payment completed) will be shipped out within 24 hours except on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, we will not ship that day.
Return policy
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction, or is in non working order. Buyer must contact us at pedrocustomersupport@gmail.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
