Item arrived not as described, buyer paid seller's shipping fee and seller "squashed" item into a small box, saving shipping cost money on her behalf. Communication from seller turned nasty when confronted with facts. eBay customer service intervened and buyer received full refund for the item after shipped back to seller. Feedback left due to very negative communication from this seller.

Buyer was unreasonable and kept changing her mind on what was wrong with the dog (nothing, it has since been sold with no problem) and feeling that I charged too much for postage. I simply used the postage calculator provided by ebay and did not add any handling costs. Check my feedback record from 20 years buying and selling on ebay. This was my first negative feedback.
