Prior to working for PayPal, I was a banker for 6 years. Started off as a Teller and ended up managing two branches and then managing the Mortgage Processing Department. Since I started working for PayPal over 4 years ago I have held four different positions. I stated off as a Customer Service Representative working with customers via email and phone calls. I then moved over to our Fraud area and worked with customers to ensure that the system stayes safe and secure. I moved on to our Legal Team by working for Executive Escalations in which I worked with Regulatory Agencies to address customer complaints. Two years ago I took on the role of the second PayPal Communtiy Education Specialist. In this role, I teach not only eBay University classes but also assiting in running classes for eBay Live. When I am in town I also work for the Community Events team by assisting in running fundraiser events for local charities and company morale projects.

Since I am such a huge PayPal fan, I only except PayPal!

I strive for 100% customer satifaction! I will work with the buyer to make sure that they are happy with the sale and will except returns of unopened merchandise within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a 100% refund. Items must be shipped back at buyers expense.
