eBay is a great place to meet people. Selling is a good way to build up yourself, being honest will put you upfront.Sometimes you will have difficulty satisfying some but just know that you do the right thing by them and go on with your business.Sure you don't like to receive a bad feedback but it happens, even though you try your best to communicate and be fair and honest, you still may not please them. Don't let it get you down just let it go as long as you know you did right by them.I have had a few hurdles to get over but I did.Just continue to be,and do, the best you can and know that you just cannot please everyone all the time. Communication is a great tool but sometimes it doesn't help, do it anyway.Bad feedbacks hurt but it happens, as long as I know I do right. Buying is a very good way to shop, you never have to leave home and any questions you may have the merchant will answer very well and accurately. Highschool graduate, dance school and hard work. I am just a small person but think in a big way and try to acheive every goal one at a time. I worked as a painter on constructions sites for 21 years, however , I was injured and am now on disability for the rest of my life. I find eBay a great way to fullfill my needs of just a small amount of money to bring in or to use to shop here at eBay with.It is also a great passtime for me.I have been making beaded jewelry but do not sell it on eBay. If you ever decide you want something made please don't hesitate to email me and ask. Glow in the dark beads and hair peices are fun to use but I will make what you want within reason. They are strong and durable, easy to put on and take off too.Making purchases are great,any questions you may have is easy,just email the seller and ask your questions,you'll find they get back to you quickly.Communication is the most important thing when purchasing or buying.Make sure when selling,You are Honest.
Payment policy
Money orders,cashier and personal checks are how I would rather be paid~ I will accept paypal, checks must clear prior to my shipping.Some people just like to deal with you this way and this is best for me. So please understand that when you purchase from me this is the method of payment I choose to receive. This gives you a chance to make sure where you want your item sent and no fees are taken from you. Sometimes hackers can try to get into an account,sometimes they succeed and take your money so just beware of this. I know paypal does their best to protect you but who wants the hassle of having money taken from them. You can receive a Spoof email from someone, trying to get into your account by asking you to sign into your paypal account to upgrade your private information,BEWARE OF THIS PLEASE!It has happened to me and some of my friends so this is why you communicate.Ask questions,make sure you know who you are dealing with.Check their profile and feedbacks. Shipping information
I like to use the calculated method , I find it the best way to be fair and honest as far as charging goes.Sometimes if it seems a little too much to charge I will use the flat rate system. Please when you purchase something email me and let me know if you are changing the address you want your item shipped to. I have had experiences with those who have not done this and I send it off to their registered address, then they say they never received the item and it can escalate to a dispute. If something goes wrong with your item when you receive it I try to be fair with refunding your money,or giving you the option of credit for another item I have or may have posted in the future, other than that you must make sure the address is correct. I try my best to ship my items out to my buyers as soon as possible. Please have patience, sometimes the mail does get slow at times.,mostly around the holidays. I offer Free shipping on Jewelry a lot so take advantage of that.Thanks very much~Diane.
Return policy
I do try to do returns,I will first offer you credit to choose another item I may have you will take or give credit for something I may post at a later date.Try to take the option of purchasing insurance it's not much and may save a lot of hassle for you as well as myself. I will not sell anything that is not in good condition and I accept questions by email. If something should go wrong and an item breaks during shipping I will refund your money with insurance on the item. Even if there is no insurance I may refund if I find it necessary. I want to make my buyers happy and be fair with everyone so you will feel comfortable with purchasing from me and come back again.After all it is the customer that I count on as far as continuing to sell my items. Being honest and making things happen.
When I sell on eBay I am honest and try my best to make a buyer happy.I know that things can go wrong, communicate and try to make things right. Sometimes this just is not possible but I do try. I have had my share of those who you just cannot please, or you ship it to their registered address and then they change it after the fact and say they never received the item.It is very important to email me and let me know you want it shipped to a different address or write it down when you send in your payment.I love to make beaded jewelrey so please email and ask if you want a low price gift made. Glow in the dark beads and the butterfly hairpeices go big with the kids, even some adults. I like the hair peices because they go well with any attire and stand out to make your hair noticable.I find being honest and trying to please people satisfying.
