Hi everyone, I am so excited to show you our Ebay Store. This is a dream come true for us. Penny has been an RN for several years but due to health problems she has problems work part time. I still love being of service to my fellow human being and I will be of assistance to you. I have loved decorating and helping friends with their room changes for as long as I can remember. Return policy
A buyer has 7 days to return an item. Refunds will be made provided the item has been described incorrectly. If a mistake has been made by Penny's Gallery we will resolve it by issuing a full refund or exchange, if possible. Refund will be issued once the item has been returned in same package it was shipped in and returned with the same carrier it was sent. We try to describe any damage, but can be missed.
