We ship worldwide. International Customers are responsible for any customs fees / duty taxes imposed by their Government on incoming shipments. Normally we ship within 24 / 48 hours of payment - unless we are out of town on a business trip in which case our listings will state that we are out of town and note when the item will ship. Most domestic shipments ship by the Post Office - the majority by Priority Mail. International Shipments to most locations ship by First Class International Mail. Buyers may upgrade to Express Mail Shipping at check out. We insure all shipments.

Our return policy is listed on each of our listings. Most items may be returned for exchange or return within 10 days. A Return Authorization must be obtained from us first. Items that are sent back must be in the same new condition with all tags as received. Some limited items such as underwear are not returnable for health reasons. The buyer pays all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange including the cost for us to ship a different item/size to them. On approved returns the buyer receives a refund less the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
