I was very nervous purchasing a transmission through ebay but with constant communication with the seller he made this transaction smooth as possible with ease !! Days later after installing my rebuilt transmission, I sent the old one off for my core(rebate) and received an email stating It's being processed. Thanks A Lot for This Guy and Ebay because everyone else wasn't close to his price ! Now my truck is back on the road with no problems.

Difficult to deal with. We came to a price agreement. I made the offer, the seller declined. Discussed with him and resent offer. The offer expired and I sent again. He then counter offered. Reminded again. This whole process took at least 2 weeks. Shipping was slow. After about 3 days, I had to ask when it would ship. The transmission works fine, but the whole process was long and frustrating. Not the ideal seller to work with.

Awesome! Was very concerned about buying a transmission on line. Comms were great from the start, initial deal was great, shipping details were immediately made, swapped it out at a local Repair Shop. Informed the seller and return shipping was immediately set. Had an issue with the forward seal; immediately corrected as per the warranty - zero issues. Seal was due to seal manufacturer- Seller selected a better manufacturer preventing any repeats. Would buy from him again! Awesome! Proactive!

I was a little intimidated about buying a transmission off of eBay but you really made it a positive experience. Everything arrived better than described. I was surprised on how clean and well machined everything was. Everything from the packaging down to the ready to go TCM.Also the Transmission shifts really smooth and now my wife’s truck is back on the road Thanks to you.
