What everyone should know about me
Wow! Nothing much really outstanding to share. I'm pretty humdrum in this world of accomplished folks. I've been married to the same man for 43 years, have two wonderful daughters and five grandchildren.
Things I sell
Toys! I like to think that I spread smiles and fun across the country. Every age can find something they'd like among my offerings. I have dolls, figurines, games, craft kits, bath toys, and so many things I can't even remember.
Things I buy
Most of my purchases these days are what I need to run my eBay business... bubble wrap, envelopes, boxes, etc. For little old me I buy tons of great loose tea for creating the perfect iced tea, which I guzzle year round.
Things I collect
I do have a world class collection of dust. It just seems to grow larger by the day. Living in the Southwest, it's a natural. :)

Sewing... it's more than a hobby, it's a passion. I started when I was about 8 years old, and I've made everything from bridal dresses to bikinis.

Country Western, Old Time Gospel (especially Elvis), Rod Stewart, and almost anthing that doesn't have loud bass and I can understand the words.
Favorite TV Shows
Grey's Anatomy! I never miss it. I even got a DVR to make sure of that. I also watch CSI: NY, CSI:Miami, Law & Order Special Victims Unit most of the time. I keep the tv in my office tuned to Fox News most of the time during the day. I'm a political junkie, so it fills that niche for me.

History/background
Mother Turista's was born as a small local gift store here in Santa Fe about 8 years ago. Two years ago I had to close it due to health issues. I couldn't bear to give it up so I moved it to my home and went on eBay full time. It gives me a lot of pleasure to spread smiles to others and feel like I'm making a contribution at the same time.

PayPal, money orders or cashier checks only.
Shipping information
I do my very best to ship quickly. Usually I have no problem shipping within a couple of days of payment receipt. Sometimes I have a really bad day (health issues again), which slows me down, but those aren't that numerous.
Return policy
Will accept returns after discussion with the buyer, but can't pay shipping back to me or refund original shipping.

It is far preferable that you contact me in email. Because of my breathing difficulties, it's hard for me to talk for any length of time.
