Usually all items ship USPS priority or UPS depending on the size of the item purchased. Tracking will be provided for UPS items shipped.

Items are accepted back within 30 days, but you must ask for a Return Authorization Number and to do so please email returns@petelectronicsystems.com .. Shipping to you is not refunded. If you do not have a Return Authorization Number, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The initial cost of shipping will also be deducted from any refund. Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer plus if items were offered as free such as batteries and or treats, they too must be in the box. All returns will be inspected by our return specialists.

If you live in Canada we will ship to you, but you must email your physical address to sales@petelectronicsystems.com so we can figure out your shipping costs. You will be responsible for all duty taxes in Canada. We will not mark your item as a gift, because that is against the law.

We are unable to ship electronic devices to Australia. We will ship items overseas, but we do have to put the invoice on the outside of the box. Electronic systems/remote trainers are shipped Worldwide. There will be additional shipping charges to countries outside of the United States, so please send your phsyical address to sales@petelectronicsystems.com so we can figure out your shipping. We DO SHIP TO APO Addresses using USPS priority.
