Good price and delivery. However, I would highly recommend that the seller package the 33 pound spool in a stronger box. This first delivery was smashed and the flanges of the spool were broken and bent. PGN replaced the order immediately, so great customer service. The replacement spool was packaged the same way and had received some damage but not as severe.

Inaccurate description. The seller said that the magnets were 11lbs when clearly stated on the package that they were 9lbs. Even thou that the communication was polite the reply was not fast at all. Finally after I ask for a shipping label in 2 different occasions to send the item back I was told to keep the item and they issued a refund. Just after that I opened the package and took one of the magnets out and it didnt even hold my multitool . Extremely disappointed. Do not buy this item .
