The name Phantom Signal was created by accident, kickin' round a bunch of names, and when it sounds right, it sounds right. I offer standard shipping, and often offer free shipping on my listings. I also ship intenational ( but not to countries on the US Restricted list ). International buyers need to be aware that shipping from the US is a slow process - and that they are responsible for all customs costs.

7 days after the buyer receives it. Worn items will not be accepted back - buyer pays all shipping costs on returns - Items not fitting is not a great reason for returning an item - make sure of your size before ordering. If the cause for return is our error, Phantom Signal will cover the shipping costs.
