All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Hi. I'm Dan and I've been a professional musician for over 30 years. Recently I moved back to Los Angeles where I have opened my own guitar and stringed instrument repair shop called Players Repairs.

Business InformationHistory/background
I'm a professional musician and have been all my life. I make my living playing music and doing stringed instrument repairs at my shop in Los Angeles called Players Repairs, which is across the street from West LA Music off Santa Monica Blvd. I've also managed several clubs/bars in the greater Los Angeles area and even owned one for about 6 years.
For the last few years I was living on the California Central Coast, where I performed almost every night and worked doing repairs for Ed Frawley at Central Coast Music in Morro Bay.
Recently I had to move back to Los Angeles, so I decided to open up a musical instrument shop of my own.

Payment policy
Paypal (including all major credit cards), money order or certified check.
Shipping information
Most items ship within 1 to 2 days. Although the vast majority of sales are from my shop, occasionally an item may ship directly from the manufacturer, factory or warehouse, which can vary by location and state (sometimes even country as I also do vintage instrument brokerage). I do my best to keep S&H to a minimum and charge the actual cost to package and ship. Shipping is normally via USPS or UPS, but occasionally I will use FedEx or DHL, depending on the item, destination and/or circumstances. Items over $100.00 are REQUIRED to be insured and the cost will usually be included at checkout.
Return policy
I try to clearly state my return policy in the listing for every item I sell and that policy can vary depending on the item and it's condition.
If for some reason it is not there then my general return policy is as follows:
NEW AND USED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS - 7 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED (less S&H).
ALL OTHER ITEMS: RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS and/or MISLABELED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY (less S&H).

My Promise to You
I'm a little, one-man operation. I love what I do, both at the shop and onstage. I will treat you the way I would want to be treated. Any/all instruments I sell, new or used, gets fully inspected personally by myself (unless it ships directly from the manufacturer/warehouse/factory). My feeling is that anything I do - anything I work on - anything I sell - anything that leaves my shop - has to be right.
I will always try to be as clear and honest as I possibly can about whatever you find here.
I hope that's good enough.
