We started in the Tattoo and Piercing business 17 years ago. My husband started with refreshing his tattoo carreer and when he had an injury to his arm we started helping others get started in the business.

Wanted to tell my great buyers a little star history ...many of you think four stars is GOOD as ebay tells you BUT we as sellers get reprimands and sometimes are not permitted to sell if we get less than 4.3 so if everyone left 4 it would be less right? So just wanted to share some info with you ..if you appreciate our service please leave 5 stars for all.. if not ... let us know how we can do better , appreciate your time !

We have been in the tattoo industry for over 17 years full time. We enjoy answering questions and have spent many hours at the table , on the phone and by email answering peoples questions and helping them get started in a career in tattoo or piercing . We very much enjoy what we do.

We always ship priority usps so you get your item when you need it , we ship International by global express to avoid long waitng times for delivery and so we both have the ability to track and find the packages , and it also gives you added insurance in case of loss. We have not had a package lost in the 3 years since we started using Express. Its worth the extra cost! It is also the only way to get paypal protection in case of loss!

Due to the nature of our products many state and federal laws prohibit returns but ebay has demanded it so these rules must apply. Items must be returned unopened in original shipping container at buyers expense. A 12% restocking fee is applied to help recover ebay , paypal fees for original transaction. No refund of shipping charges , credit given as merchandise credit. Thank you!
