Hello! Yes, I've been buying and selling on eBay since 1997. (I wish I had bought stock in it back then!) If you buy from me, you can be assured that I have taken great pains to list accurately and to include important detail, as I see it.

This is not a business for me, just a hobby. I am a pack rat but I enjoy selling things I no longer want or need on eBay to people who can continue to put them to good use.

Paypal is my favorite, please; money orders or checks are fine for US buyers. Due to fraud issues, ALL other methods besides Paypal or US Post Office money orders (including personal or business checks, bank drafts, commercial money orders, certified checks, etc) will require a delay for funds to clear before I ship. International buyers pay by Paypal ONLY.

I use USPS wherever possible. For books, Media Mail (the old Book Rate) is my preferred method, but it can be SLOW! For other items, I have found First Class Mail Package to be an excellent value for up to 13 ounces, then I'll go to Priority Mail for above that weight. For international buyers, I am willing to use International First Class Mail Package for up to 4 lbs if insurance is not desired (because it is not availabe for this class), then Priority Mail for heavier items. Local pick up is OK. I normally ship within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Items may be returned for a complete refund (minus shipping) within 7 days for any reason, provided, however, that they cannot have been cleaned, disassembled, modified, or changed in any way. As I said, I take pains to list what I believe is important detail. But, I am not an expert - if you are concerned about some aspect of the item in particular that I haven't mentioned, please contact me and ask BEFORE YOU BID. And, of course, read the listing carefully.

That number is answered 24 hrs and I ask that you please leave a message and a number I can reach you at, but your call may not be returned until the daytime.

Payment must be received within 7 days of eBay buyer notification or the item will be relisted and our agreement of purchase and sale is terminated. I only use no reserve auctions. By bidding, you are entering into a BINDING contract with me to BUY this item, FOB Millington, TN, at your final bid price under the terms and conditions of the listing. I will not end the auction early and I will not sell any parts of the item separately. If you are the final, winning bidder at the end of one of my auctions, YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY ME THE WINNING BID PRICE PLUS SHIPPING AND TAKE THE ITEM in accordance with the listing. All items are sold AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without any express or implied warranty other than what is specifically stated in my listing. (I.e., you can return for any reason within 7 days but after that, there is NO warranty whatsoever.)

Since I sell FOB, after the successful bidder has purchased an item from me, I am responsible for the risk of loss or damage to it up until the point that I put it in the USPS. If that should happen, however, the successful bidder's ONLY remedy from me is the return of the purchase price and shipping (to the extent I have received them). Otherwise our agreement of purchase and sale is terminated with no liability to either party. I will not be responsible for specific performance or any other damages. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the item once I put it in the USPS. That means if it is lost or damaged at that time, you either make a claim on the insurance that you have purchased, or you absorb the loss.
