PHILOSOPHOGRAPHY
Philosophography is the art of representing philosophical ideas visually. Or, perhaps it is the act of loving wisdom graphically.
Things I sell
I have sold an eclectic mix of things on Ebay reflecting my diverse interests but you probably notice from my feedback and history that I am mostly known for rare books, photographic equipment, and optical devices. I take very good care of all my books and equipment and usually know a great deal about their use, history, and condition.
These days I'm selling philosophy books and music CDs on Half.com and photo equipment, viewmaster reels, and pieces from my optical collection on eBay.
Things I buy
I have long been a fan of Ebay and have especially enjoyed the opportunity to deal with international sellers. Where else could I buy used Russian optical devices, a Japanese Palm Pilot, French philosophy books, obscure German cameras, a cheap Bluetooth adapter, a nineteenth-century artist’s easel, and a clean used copy Clifford Geertz’s classic Religion Of Java (well, ok, I’m still looking for that)?
These days I'm buying parts for my Fiat Spider, books, tools, large format photo equipment, and hagiographic art.
