I am reluctant to leave bad feedback. the product didn't work came slightly damaged and the packaging came already opened and the product didn't work from the get go. I opted for no box, but the packaging was damaged anyway. Seller refused to give me a refund as Id taken 2 pictures and then thrown it in the bin. The seller wanted the product back which would have cost me as a personal postage user half the price of the damaged product. Thought id leave honest feedback, but cant leave a bad mark

Ordered 4 cells. The first one unpacked was badly corroded and therefore unusable. I contacted the seller, with a photo, and requested a replacement. I received 2 cells after waiting 5 days for delivery. Will not, therefore, be re-ordering anything from this supplier.

This buyer complained that one cell was faulty, we apologised and sent him two replacements via Royal Mail. They aim to deliver in three to five days so taking the day he complained plus the day that we replied, he received two replacement batteries when only one was faulty within three days which is within Royal Mail's estimate.

Incorrect batteries sent first time, but seller quickly put this right and sent the correct type. To be fair the two batteries are very small and similar to look at and it was an easy mistake to make. I have bought batteries from this seller more than once before and will continue to do so in the future. Good communication, trustworthy recommended seller.
