Piano Craft originated from a Springfield, MO native that grew up in the piano business. At age 21 he became a district manager for Roland and later worked in management for Kawai, Baldwin, and Viscount. In 1999 Piano Craft, Inc. was founded. It has now grown into one of the largest piano, organ, and keyboard dealers in the US.

If purchasing products through eBay, we prefer payment to be made through PayPal. This protects us as sellers, and you as buyers.

The majority of items we sell are too large for standard UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS shipment. We use freight carriers to ship most of our products. We ask that customers contact us for shipping quotes before they purchase any items.

We do not offer a return policy through eBay purchases. However, many of the items we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty.
