I have a BFA from Parson School of Design. All of my stationary items have been designed by me.

I accept Paypal, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. I will take money orders, you will need to contact me for more information.

All shipments are sent with tracking information unless it is an international first class shipment which doesn't allow tracking. When the package is prepared you will receive an auto-generated e-mail from either USPS, FedEx or UPS with the shipment tracking information. I usually ship within 1 business day of receiving your order unless it is a personalized item. Personalized items take 1-2 business day for me to generate a PDF proof. Once I e-mail you the proof you must e-mail me back with an approval. Once approved the cards will mail out within 1-2 business days.

I take returns within 3 days after you receive the package for unopened items minus the shipping cost. Shipment back for returns is the buyers responsibility. There are no returns on personalized items. If the item is defective I will have it replaced at no cost to you and as fast as I am able to have it replaced.

I have designed all my personalized stationary items. Anything you want I can modify. All my stationary items are printed on a 1200 x 1200 dpi xerox laser printer. I use either a 12pt glossy cardstock, 12pt matte cardstock or a 110lb Cardstock on the stationary note cards. If you have a preference please let me know. If you do not indicate a preference the note cards will print on the default paper that particular style. I print on what I feel looks the best for that design but you are always welcomed to let me know what your choice would be. I can always can any of the type on my designs, just let me know if you'd prefer a different font. In the notes to seller section you can put in the information you want the cards or labels personalized with. I always combine shipping when I can. Even if you do not ask, I will combine shipping. I will either upgrade your shipping method and or give you a refund for the overpayment of shipping. You don't always need to ask. Please make sure that when purchasing multiple items to pay in 1 transaction, that way I can pass on the savings with combined shipping to you and refund for the overpayment when I can. Every separate transaction carries a separate transaction cost, just like when you purchase multiple items I give you combined shipping, the same works for me. The credit card companies charge me for each separate transaction, whereas if you combine your own invoice, which ebay lets you do, and pay for it in 1 transaction I pay one fee. This is also how I can maximize the refund I can give you for shipping cost. Thank you!
