I accept PayPal from everyone. Personal cheques from UK buyers only at this time. I want to be flexible - if you want to pay by a particular method, contact me prior to buying and I'll try and work with you.

I package my items carefully and safely. I consider the unwrapping part of the gift, so don't be surprised if something sparkly falls out! I recycle packaging and encourage you to do the same. We only have one world. I post by first class signed for in the UK. I just do, no questions - it is the safest and most reliable I've found. I post Airmail internationally. Again, the quickest and most reliable. Please contact me if you want your item sent by an alternative service. Changes to this policy will be written in the listing - check the small print!

If an item is incorrectly listed or damaged/faulty, return it within 14 days for a refund on the buying price. I don't refund postage costs so please don't ask. And please email me before returning it. I will try to mend or replace wherever possible. Your satisfaction is important to me ;)
