I am an honest person...just trying to rid my home of things I no longer need or no longer fit. I check each and every item that I post on auction for rips, stains, holes or any other defect and I WILL state them honestly. I use various lighting sources to see any stains or discolorations. If I miss something, I am human...I only hope my buyers are as courteous by notifying me that there is some kind of problem before they leave negative feedback. I don't like to leave negative feedback so I am hoping I don't get any left for me. I will try to work with buyers and sellers to make the transaction a perfect one!

I ship via USPS. I usually ship the next day (or same day if early enough) from payment received. I have in my listings that my handling time is 4 days (as some Saturdays my Post Office is closed)...depends on how soon I can get your package done up and shipped. I like to make sure that my items reach their buyers in the same condition they left me in. I take pride in my packages. I will individually wrap each item in tissue paper and tape them shut. Most time I will write the item number on the outside of the wrapped item (in event that a buyer buys multiple items...makes it easier to find and identify each one). Once wrapped, I enclose a personal note and a packing slip and paper clip them to the wrapped item. Then the parcel is put into a shipping method (ie, bag, box, padded mailer, etc). As I said before, I take pride in my auction items and hope the buyer appreciates all the steps I take to ensure their items come to them in excellent condition.

Returns will be accepted if item is grossly misrepresented. The buyer has 7 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). The item will be refunded.
