in all my postage is included packaging and ebay fees and the profit is to a minimun ...also i send everything on the same day of payment or the following one if the payment is made outside working hours as i do take everything to the local post office for proof of postage... also all my items are sent 1st class and or recorded delivery if offered..

i usually do not take any items back as they are new and the description is accurate ..so no returns
