I'm a wife, mom and soon to be grandma. I really enjoy eBay, both buying and selling. Over the couple of years I've been eBaying, I've gotten a pretty good feel for those sellers who have great integrity, and I try to emulate them.

I just started selling this summer and I really enjoy it. I learned from watching other honest sellers.

Payment policy
I only accept PayPal due to issues I had with a couple of buyers taking their time paying me with money orders. That sort of behavior spoils it for everyone.

Shipping information
I ship the next day or sometimes even the same day I receive payment if it's early enough. Since I'm in Alaska, I usually get payments fairly early in the day depending on when my auctions end.

Return policy
I do accept returns and I refund the money, to include the shipping. I want my customers to be happy and if they aren't happy with their purchase, then I do not want to force them to keep it.
