I've been selling on eBay since Feb. 2003. I opened my store in late 2003. Retired as a faculty member of Northern Illinois University in 1997.

I combine shipping on orders that have all the items on one invoice. On pins, flat rate shipping plus free for each additional pin. I expect payment within 7 days of the sale.

I usually ship on the same business day when payment is received prior to 3:00 p.m. Next day shipping in other cases. My pins are sent in padded envelopes by first class mail. Internatonal orders are sent via USPS First Class International. Lithographs are shipped unmatted and unframed in sturdy mailing tubes.

Money back or replacement if possible. Buyer pays return shipping and the item is in the original condition as sent.
