Better for side sleeper than back sleeper
14 of 16 found this helpful I like to sleep on my back and wrap my pillow around my head, so this pillow doesn't work as well for me as it does for my husband who sleeps on his side. I fluff it every morning to get it back into shape. I'm afraid that if I didn't it would be permanently squashed. It's not one I would choose again just because of personal preference, but I can't say that it's a bad pillow.
